Going by Buffa AYOOO and was part of the famous wrestling tag team, A.M.I.L., Forrest has won over 50 championship belts notably in United States and Japan. With years of hands-on experience, Forrest has honed his skills in preparing top-tier athletes for the ring and beyond. His expertise lies in crafting customized training programs that optimize strength, agility, and endurance, ensuring his clients are always ready to perform at their peak. Forrest plays a key role in combining athletic excellence with brand strategy, helping athletes build their personal brand while excelling in the competitive world of professional athleticism. He's also a certified sports nutrition expert, HIIT training expert and youth fitness training expert, all awarded by American Sports and Fitness Association.
